Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any freight forwarder by rail dies, his legal representative shall, within fifteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every fare then held; and the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
