Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the record officer shall apply to the Government of Goa in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Government of Goa shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within sixty days of the application.
