Intimation of change.—Every producer of films shall intimate to the Registering Authority, in Form IV and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registering Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
