Surrender of certificate.—Every producer of films who ceases to carry on the production of films shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registering Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every copy of a book held by him has been disposed of.
