Surrender of certificate.—Every transporter of food who ceases to carry on the transport of food shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Food Safety in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every consignment of food held by him has been disposed of.
