Safe custody.—Every authorised entity shall keep every wireless equipment to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the establishment of a telecommunication network is carried on, shall record in Form G the description of every wireless equipment so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Wireless Planning and Coordination Wing within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
