Intimation of change.—Every licensee of a fair shall intimate to the Panchayat Samiti, in Form 3 and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Panchayat Samiti shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty rupees.
