Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor engaged by a Panchayat who ceases to carry on the execution of works for a Panchayat shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Block Development Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every muster roll held by him has been disposed of.
