Regulation 2, PNGRB (Appeals of Captive generating plant owners) Regulations, 2022 [SAW-P42]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Petroleum and Natural Gas Regulatory Board Act, 2006 (19 of 2006); (b) "captive generating plant owner" means a person carrying on the operation of a captive generating plant; (c) "register of consumers" means a register of consumers received, held or disposed of by a captive generating plant owner in the course of the operation of a captive generating plant; (d) "Form III" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
