Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a mine within a forest dies, his legal representative shall, within forty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Divisional Forest Officer in Form II, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every forest produce then held; and the Divisional Forest Officer shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
