Intimation of change.—Every owner of a mine within a forest shall intimate to the Divisional Forest Officer, in Form VII and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Divisional Forest Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
