Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any registered supplier dies, his legal representative shall, within fourteen days of the death, intimate the death to the Directorate of Treasuries in Form GFR 19, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every sanction order then held; and the Directorate of Treasuries shall enter the intimation in the register within forty-five days of its receipt.
