Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered organisation shall apply to the Chief Commissioner in Form VII for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Chief Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
