Safe custody.—Every insurance broker shall keep every statement of claims to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the business of an insurance broker is carried on, shall record in Form IRDA-3 the description of every statement of claims so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Institute of Actuaries within fifteen days of the close of each year.
