Application for registration.—Every insurance broker carrying on the business of an insurance broker shall make an application for registration to the Institute of Actuaries in Form IRDA-2, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every nomination held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
