Application for registration.—Every arbitrator carrying on the conduct of arbitral proceedings shall make an application for registration to the Chairperson of the Council in Form D, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of arbitrators held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
