Application for registration.—Every trustee carrying on the administration of the Fund shall make an application for registration to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in Form 19, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees and a statement of every permanent retirement account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
