Surrender of certificate.—Every trustee who ceases to carry on the administration of the Fund shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Employees' Provident Fund Appellate Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 13 of the manner in which every declaration held by him has been disposed of.
