Application for registration.—Every trading house carrying on the export of goods as a trading house shall make an application for registration to the Director General in Form ANF-4A, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every register of imports held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
