Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the pension fund manager shall apply to the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority in Form 10 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees, and the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
