Application for registration.—Every limited liability partnership carrying on the business of a limited liability partnership shall make an application for registration to the Competition Commission in Form CHG-1, within fifteen days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every debenture held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for forty-five days from that date.
