Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in antiquities who ceases to carry on dealing in antiquities shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every art treasure held by him has been disposed of.
