Surrender of certificate.—Every domestic worker who ceases to carry on domestic work for wages shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the appropriate Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 9 of the manner in which every contribution held by him has been disposed of.
