Application for registration.—Every domestic worker carrying on domestic work for wages shall make an application for registration to the appropriate Government in Form 6, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every accident report held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
