Application for registration.—Every finder of treasure carrying on the finding of treasure shall make an application for registration to the Rehabilitation Authority in Form 1, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every document held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
