Intimation of change.—Every holder of a reconnaissance permit shall intimate to the Director of Mines and Geology, in Form C and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Director of Mines and Geology shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
