Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier of land used for manoeuvres who ceases to carry on the use of land for manoeuvres shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Cantonment Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
