Safe custody.—Every street vendor shall keep every notice of demolition to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where street vending is carried on, shall record in Form E the description of every notice of demolition so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Development Authority within fourteen days of the close of each year.
