Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any pension fund manager dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Board of Trustees in Form 20, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every account then held; and the Board of Trustees shall enter the intimation in the register within sixty days of its receipt.
