Surrender of certificate.—Every cable operator who ceases to carry on the transmission of programmes by cable shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttarakhand in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every periodical held by him has been disposed of.
