Intimation of change.—Every cable operator shall intimate to the Government of Uttarakhand, in Form VII and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttarakhand shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty thousand rupees.
