Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the manager of a math shall apply to the Board in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
