Application for registration.—Every trader within a cantonment carrying on the carrying on of a trade within a cantonment shall make an application for registration to the Station Commander in Form F, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every identity card held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
