Surrender of certificate.—Every trader within a cantonment who ceases to carry on the carrying on of a trade within a cantonment shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Station Commander in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every defence work held by him has been disposed of.
