Application for registration.—Every captive generating plant owner carrying on the operation of a captive generating plant shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form IV, within seven days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every installation held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
