Regulation 2, CERC (Forms of Captive generating plant owners) Regulations, 2021 [SAT-T18]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003); (b) "captive generating plant owner" means a person carrying on the operation of a captive generating plant; (c) "licence" means a licence received, held or disposed of by a captive generating plant owner in the course of the operation of a captive generating plant; (d) "Form I" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
