Application for registration.—Every operator of a passport service centre carrying on the running of a passport service centre shall make an application for registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form D, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every residential permit held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
