Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a passport service centre dies, his legal representative shall, within one hundred and eighty days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form F, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every declaration of renunciation then held; and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
