Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a passport service centre who ceases to carry on the running of a passport service centre shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every certificate of naturalisation held by him has been disposed of.
