Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the publisher of an official notice shall apply to the Registrar of the Commission in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Registrar of the Commission shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
