Intimation of change.—Every publisher of an official notice shall intimate to the Registrar of the Commission, in Form F and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of the Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
