Surrender of certificate.—Every hostel for students of Scheduled Castes who ceases to carry on the running of a hostel shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rehabilitation Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every hostel held by him has been disposed of.
