Intimation of change.—Every operator of a pilgrim lodge shall intimate to the Government of Telangana, in Form A and within sixty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Telangana shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
