Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a hotel who ceases to carry on the keeping of a hotel shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every register of antiquities held by him has been disposed of.
