Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a container train dies, his legal representative shall, within ninety days of the death, intimate the death to the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every platform then held; and the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety shall enter the intimation in the register within fifteen days of its receipt.
