Authorised agent.—Any licensee may authorise, in writing, an agent to make applications, furnish returns and receive notices on his behalf under these bye-laws, shall intimate to the Central Commission in Form VI the name and address of the agent within ninety days of the authorisation, and shall intimate the revocation of the authorisation within fifteen days of the revocation.
