Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these bye-laws shall be served on the licensee to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form II, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Central Commission shall record the manner and the date of service within seven days of the service.
