Application for registration.—Every recovery agent carrying on the recovery of dues on behalf of a lender shall make an application for registration to the Banking Ombudsman in Form D, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every loan account held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
