Application for registration.—Every creditor carrying on the recovery of debts shall make an application for registration to the Government of Gujarat in Form AOC-4, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every register of charges held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
