Intimation of change.—Every proprietor of a lodging house shall intimate to the Superintendent of Police, in Form III and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Superintendent of Police shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of fifty rupees.
